Pretty generous but please read: If there is a problem, we'll take socks and tights back within 60 days of receipt for a full refund so long as you cover the cost of shipping and the product is returned in its original condition. At Christmas our return period is extended to 31st January for orders placed after 1st October. You should expect to receive your refund within 15 days of giving your package to the return shipper but in most cases you will receive it much more quickly, usually very quickly!
Details for different types of return
Tried them on? Sorry! Socks and tights must not have been tried on, worn, used, marked or damaged in any way. Returns of such items will not be refunded.
Removed the packaging? Maybe, maybe not. The product packaging must not have been removed from the socks/ tights, marked or damaged in any way. Returns of such items will be refunded only at our discretion if we are able to effect a repair to the packaging which will be deducted from the refund value at £2.50 per pair of socks concerned. Please note that returns of tights with damaged or removed packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Returning a gift box? If your return is a gift box then to prevent transit damage please ensure it is shipped to us in the shock-proof outer box originally provided. Damaged gift boxes or gift boxes returned without the original cardboard outer will be deducted from the refund value at £3.95 per box. Boxes on their own will not be refunded!
Oh no! Got a fault? It's very rare but if you think there is a manufacturing fault then please do not make a return. Contact us first by email or phone, (our contact details above).
Packing your return
Some general guidance so your property reaches us safely: You're welcome to use the original packaging, most of our mailing bags can be re-used. If you opened the bag along the "Open here" scissor line you'll find a spare sticky strip. That's all you'll need, there's no need to apply extra tape! If you do not have the original mailing bag then please use another waterproof mailing bag. Do not make returns in paper or cardboard packaging.
Please don't fold or squash socks into the packaging you use.
And to state the obvious: Please put a note with your name or order/ packing slip inside the return!

We use Collect+ The easiest safest way to make a return is to visit our secure return page by clicking here but your're also welcome to use Royal Mail, please see details for both below:
Collect+ stores are open 7 days a week and long hours: Complete your details and pay for the return at our subsidised rate with either your PayPal account or debit/ credit card. Next select a Collect+ location to drop off your package then print the label and drop off your package at the Collect+ store. If you want to check Collect+ locations before you start your return please enter your postcode here. Your return is insured and tracked so you and we can make sure it arrives with us safely and quickly.
If you've not got a Collect+ near you or your return is low value then have no fear! You're welcome to use Royal Mail to post your return to Perma Retail Ltd., GF6 Calico House, Furness Vale Business Centre, Calico Lane, Furness Vale, High Peak, Derbyshire, SK237SW, England. Remember to enclose your name, order number or packing slip so that we can identify you! For Royal Mail returns please pay for postage at the appropriate rate and note that the socks remain your property until they reach us and so while not strictly necessary you may wish to use a signed for delivery service for extra peace of mind.

Remember to enclose your name, order number or packing slip so that we can identify you! Items that do not meet our conditions stated above cannot be refunded and will be returned to you. Once we have your return we'll be in touch!
